Access to MTI Mobile Customer Support Center

MTI Mobile Customer Support Center is located in Denmark, USA and Taiwan. We provide Technical assistance service during normal business hours for the investigation and resolution of any issues encountered in all MTI Mobile products.
Customers with Support Agreement (SLA) are entitled to access MTI Mobile Customer Support System.
For support without an SLA, please send the request to support@mtigroup.com.

Information at Hand

If you have a written SLA and are unable to raise the Trouble Ticket via the Support System and the case is critical, please call the hotline number written in the contact and ensure to have following information ready:
Mandatory information:

  • Customer name
  • Caller name
  • Phone number for callback
  • Product name and version (serial no., HW & SW version)
  • Severity
  • Description of the problem and how to reproduce


Besides this, the Customer Support Center typically may need some extra information. The Trouble Ticket/Case shall:

  • Be specific – describe exactly in “which” scenario “what” happens
  • Include, whenever possible, as much logging information as possible
